When I turn it off and on again, the CPU light is off but the MemOK! Light continues to flash. However, if I push the MemOK! Button, the CPU light turns on and the MemOK! Light blinks.

Here's a video of me starting the system up, in case I didn't describe it well enough Aug-20, 3700X, Asus X570 TUF Gaming Plus Wi-Fi here and this fix also worked. The system has power and all the case fans and graphics card fans spin up when the system is powered on, but the Memory LED, the CPU LED and the boot device LED all flash red and then the fans turn off. Put together a new system, but when I started it up it failed to post.
